Dr Prashant Purohit is a distinguished Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and Reproductive Medicine at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and King’s Fertility in London. He holds a medical degree with distinction from Mumbai and completed his postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Purohit undertook a four-year clinical research fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at King’s College Hospital and became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2011. He completed his Speciality Training at the Glasgow deanery in 2019.
Dr Purohit specialises in treating infertility, fertility preservation, fibroids, endometriosis, miscarriage, polycystic ovaries, menopause, menstrual disorders, and pelvic pain. His expertise includes minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, gynaecological and early pregnancy ultrasound, and reproductive medicine.
