No, you do not need a referral from a GP to seek gynaecological advice or consultation. You can directly book an appointment with a gynaecologist for expert advice, diagnosis, and treatment. However, if you have private health insurance, it’s advisable to check with your provider, as some insurers may require a GP referral for coverage purposes.
No. That is not always the case. You can choose to see consultant face to face for your first appointment if you prefer or need face to face appointment in clinic. You can choose to see our consultants at our Harley Street clinic or other locations.
You can see a doctor face-to-face (FTF) by booking an in-person consultation through our platform. Simply schedule an appointment at a convenient time and location that suits you. Book Online or Call to book an appointment.
Yes. You will be asked to complete the Pre-consultation questionnaire through a Patient Portal link, which allows us to navigate your appointment to best suited clinic. It will only take you 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
Our consultants are registered with all major health insurance providers in the UK. If you have health insurance, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm coverage for gynaecological consultations. You can also contact our team for assistance in verifying insurance eligibility.
We are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) for providing services to adult women from age of 18 years and above.

You can directly book a care bundle with us if you know exactly the care package you need. All care bundles include first consultation with a consultant, which can be either a remote consultation in some care bundles or in-person face to face consultation in other care bundles. Alternatively, you can also book an appointment to discuss most suitable care bundle with the consultant and still avail reduced first appointment fee.
Yes, your information and data are completely secure. We follow strict confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations, including compliance with UK GDPR and medical privacy laws. All personal and medical data shared with us is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or for essential medical care. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
Our consultant will inform you if your test can be a ‘self-collect’ at home, in which case we will facilitate the test kit to be delivered at your home. This will come with all the collecting instructions, and you will need to send this back to our partner laboratory via Royal Mail. Some of the tests may require site collection and test appointment will be arranged at our Harley Street Clinic.
Our consultant will advise you on the next step and you will be booked to have your scan or colposcopy at our Harley Street clinic
If you attend your appointment remotely then your prescription medicine will be delivered to home, you by our partner pharmacy. We may also send digital prescription to your pharmacy.
If you have in-person appointment with us, you can collect prescription directly from us or choose to have the prescription medication delivered to you. Refill prescription can be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice or delivered by our partner pharmacy.
Your results including scan reports, laboratory investigations, clinic letters or care bundle reports will all be shared on Patient Portal with your unique access.
